These terms govern your use of Invoito. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Invoito.
The service
Invoito lets you create, send and track invoices. It is a tool to help you produce invoice documents and keep track of their status - it does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice, and using it does not make us party to any agreement between you and your customers.
Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login details secure.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices you create, including amounts, VAT and business details.
You must not use Invoito for unlawful purposes, including issuing fraudulent invoices.
Plans and billing
Invoito offers a Free plan (limited invoices per month) and a paid Pro plan (unlimited invoices and additional features), described on our pricing page. Where a paid plan is purchased through an app store, that store's payment terms and refund policy apply. We may change plan pricing or features with reasonable notice.
Your content
You retain ownership of the business, customer and invoice data you enter into Invoito. You grant us the limited right to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability
We aim to keep Invoito available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability, and recommend keeping your own copies of important invoices where practical.
Termination
You may stop using Invoito and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Invoito after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
