No - invoices are shared as a PDF or a secure link that opens directly in their browser, with no sign-up required on their end.

What counts towards the Free plan’s 3-invoice limit?
Every invoice you create in a calendar month, including drafts. Deleting an invoice doesn’t currently free up a slot for that month.
